VisMederi Group adhered to Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023 on the management of whistleblowing so that the manifestation of freedom of expression and information is promoted to prevent and fight corruption and maladministration.
Legislative Decree 24/2023 (transposition of Directive (EU) 2019/1937) concerns the protection of persons who report violations of national or European Union regulatory provisions – “whistleblowers” – of which they have become aware in the context of work, detrimental to the public interest or the integrity of the public administration or private entity.
Starting from 15-Mar-2024, VisMederi provides a specific internal reporting channel (dedicated telephone line – via voice, SMS and a mailbox) so that anyone can make reports according to the procedures provided for by the internal policy GEN-WBLW “Guidelines and Protection of Persons Reporting Violations of EU Law and National Regulatory Provisions (DL 24-2023)”.
